Role & Responsibilities of IT Recruiter
 
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to work as an independent contractor from their home location to perform the following tasks and the required skills are listed under the candidate specification section
 
  • Liaise with the Hiring Manager and understand the job profile
  • Promote company reputation as the best place to work
  • Source the candidates through the recruitment tools provided by the company
  • Carry out the HR Screening to screen-in the candidates who meet the job requirement and accept the compensation proposal & joining timeline
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System with the screened candidates’ profiles and log all the communications of the candidates under the candidate profile
  • Organize technical interview with the shortlisted candidates by the hiring manager and upon selection update the candidates of their selection status
  • Communicate with the internal recruitment team responsible to roll out the formal offer to the selected candidates
 
 
Candidate Specification
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sourcing / recruiting IT professionals
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in interviewing, conducting reference check
  • Experience in using all the Job Portals and Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong and fluent communication skills in English
